Our synergy contains Balsam Fir Needle, Rosalina, Organic Black Spruce, Organic Cypress, Organic Spearmint and Virginia Cedarwood essential oils. Suitable for use age 2years+.

To use: Diffuse using an ultrasonic diffuser.  

Can be added to a carrier oil, for topical application, dilute to 2-5%. 

Due to the concentrated power of essential oils, we do not recommend ingesting or using undiluted on the skin.  Some blends are not appropriate for using with children, please see individual products for contraindications and age recommendations.
